Robert Matijevich—Physical Therapist & Owner
Robert received his B.S. in physical therapy from West Virginia University in 1983. He has over 30 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy and specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine.
He has specialty training in Stanley Paris spinal and joint mobilization techniques, McKenzie-based spinal techniques, and positional vertigo maneuvers and a certification in Kinesiotaping.
He has been practicing in the Jefferson County community for over 25 years, and has been the owner of Mossy Creek Rehab since 2010. He co-owns Mossy Creek Rehab with his wife, Sherry, who is also a practicing physical therapist.
Lindsay Matijevich—Physical Therapist
Lindsay recently joined our team of highly skilled clinicians. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2012 from Milligan College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Bellarmine University. She has 5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and certifications in dry needling, ASTYM, and Blood Flow Restriction Training. She also has specialized training in manual therapy and vestibular therapy.
Thomas Fields—Physical Therapist Assistant
Thomas received his physical therapy assistant degree from Walters Community College in 1995. He has over 20 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine and is certified in the Kinesiotaping technique.
He worked for Jefferson City Health and Rehab from 1995 to 1997 and Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, TN, from 1997 to 2010.
He has been at Mossy Creek Rehab since it opened in 2010. He also serves as an adjunct clinical instructor for Walters State and South College and sits on Walters State’s advisory committee for their physical therapist program.
Katrina Dalton—Physical Therapist Assistant
Katrina graduated from South College in September 2012 with her physical therapist assistant degree. She began her work at Mossy Creek Rehab in the fall of 2012, following a short clinical internship there in the summer of 2012. She is an indispensable member of our team.
Jawania Wright - Office Manager
Jawania is the newest addition to our team. She has 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and 15 years of experience in the finance industry. She is a Jefferson County native and has been married for over 30 years. She has 3 children and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her grandkids.
